From 1999 (RRP ?2179). Solid mahogany b/s, engleman spruce top dreadnought w OHSC. High gloss finish all over.
Overall the guitar is in very clean condition. It's not quite mint, but really very close.
Unlike newer 510s, this has abalone soundhole inlay (unlike cheaper koa), slotted diamond inlays (unlike the new, cheaper small dots) and a solid Englemann spruce top. Also has the pre-NT neck - a better and more expensive construction method than the NT bolt on necks on post1999 Taylors.
