This is my lovely Squier Stratocaster made in japan. Not quite up to the collectability of the JV series, but a worthy contender. This guitar has been played by me in Jason North Blues Band, most notably in the grounds of Lincoln Castle. I have had it for 11 years and it has done dozens of gigs with me. It's one of the best Strats I've ever played. For all these reasons it's worth the amount below...

This guitar's been modified to Hendrix / SRV specs, with a left handed trem.
The neck's from a Korean Squier, the body was painted with a horrible plastic stine effect paint when I got it - not sure if it's a Squier but it's solid wood, not ply. I stripped it down, routed it for the left hand trem and then sprayed it metallic purple (purple haze).
The pcikups & electrics are Korean, the pearl scratchplate came from WD. The trem and tuners are Gotoh. The tuners are locking, with staggere
