“I must have arrived! My new Burns Shadows Custom Edition guitar has Locking Machine Heads, a first for me! (Where were they when I needed them in the sixties…)

I’m here in my room twanging through a few tunes with Hank Marvin (also known as Django) lead guitarist extraordinaire.

He says the new guitar is fantastic, so who am I to argue? In fact I agree, another first for me.

The improved neck socket allows better access to the high frets, somewhere, at my age, I don’t venture too often these days
